Accuracy at MIPIM 2026

From 6 to 9 March 2026, Accuracy was in Cannes for MIPIM, joining leading investors, developers, operators and advisers from across the global real estate industry.

Accuracy was represented by Nicolas Paillot de Montabert, Charlotte Pinelli, Alexandra Pitsch, Giulia Polacchi, Silvia Baroffio, Morgan Evans and Justine Poulain Schmit, reflecting the firm’s continued engagement with key stakeholders across the real estate ecosystem.

The event confirmed a shift already visible across markets: the sector is undergoing a significant recalibration. As one of the few forums bringing together the full breadth of the real estate ecosystem, MIPIM once again provided a platform for high‑quality dialogue and first‑hand insights into evolving investment dynamics.

Three key themes emerged from conversations throughout the week.

  • First, capital is returning, but with greater selectivity. Following the impact of rising interest rates, the sector has entered a new phase characterised by a clearer acceptance of its exposure to financial cycles. Investment activity is resuming, but with increased discipline on fundamentals, risk and pricing.
  • Second, value creation is becoming more operational. Performance is no longer driven solely by asset positioning, but by the ability to actively manage and operate assets. Capital is increasingly directed towards sectors offering stronger cash‑flow visibility, liquidity and execution certainty, including hospitality, residential and purpose-built student accommodation.
  • Finally, real estate is increasingly viewed through the lens of critical infrastructure. Themes such as artificial intelligence, data centres, energy access and digital sovereignty are reshaping investment priorities and influencing how assets are assessed from a strategic standpoint.

These developments reflect a broader repositioning of the sector, as market participants adapt to a more complex and demanding environment.
