About

Alexandra Pitsch is a partner at Accuracy with over 17 years of experience in transactions. She previously served as a Transactions partner at EY in Munich, specialising in sectors like software & technology, professional services and industrial products.

Alexandra began her career in Telekom Austria’s Corporate Finance/M&A team, working on numerous acquisitions. After six years within Telekom Austria Group, she joined PwC’s Transactions team.

She has worked on various domestic and cross-border buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects for international corporates and private equity investors. Her additional experience includes providing SPA-related advice to clients, covering purchase price mechanisms, definitions, structures and closing procedures.

Alexandra also teaches master’s level finance courses on risk management, portfolio management and investment analysis at the University of Vienna and the International School of Management in Munich.

In-depth expertise

Alexandra’s experience includes private equity and corporate transactions, covering both buy-side and sell-side due diligence. She also provides advice on SPA clauses, such as purchase price adjustments, definitions and closing procedures.

In addition, Alexandra has worked on commercial due diligence projects, focusing on interviews, analysing sales cube data and understanding market drivers.

Alexandra also has experience in other areas, such vendor assistance work, business plan reviews and valuation support. She has led numerous transaction engagements, managing relationships with the client, targets and advisers and presenting key advice to clients.
