Justine advises large and medium-sized companies in their decision-making processes, as well as their financial operations, such as transactions, business plan modelling, valuation, disputes and fraud cases.

Justine works across a variety of sectors, including real estate, media and technology, healthcare, construction, and transportation.

Prior to joining Accuracy, Justine worked as a financial auditor at PwC.

Justine speaks French and English.

Transactions
Justine provides financial advisory services to corporations and private equity firms in the context of acquisitions and disposals. She regularly conducts buy-side financial due diligence, sell-side due diligence, vendor assistance, and BP preparation engagements.

Litigation and arbitration
Justine has been involved in several dispute resolution processes; quantum draft assessments, reviews, and analysis; and quantification of damages for commercial litigation cases, including construction contracts.

Decision-making
Justine regularly performs engagements where financial, accounting and modelling skills are required to answer the strategic issues of her clients.

  • Sell-side and buy-side due diligence for various real estate clients (developers and asset managers), notably providing rent roll analysis
  • Numerous buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements in healthcare, telecoms, transportation


Litigation and arbitration

  • Assessment of losses incurred in relation to a breach of exclusivity in a concession agreement in Africa (€340m claim – ICSID arbitration)
  • Assessment of losses incurred in relation to a breach of several clauses of the concession agreement in Africa (€50m claim – ICC arbitration)
  • Assessment of losses in relation to a construction delay in the context of an amicable settlement in the power plants sector (€10m)
  • Assessment of losses arising from unfair competition in the mobile telecommunications sector


Decision-making

  • Review of the different methods of cost coverage obtained by healthcare institutions, including the review of purchases and the pricing methods of the institutions
  • Review of the historical financial performance of a company in the field of electronic data collection & analysis, including the preparation of reporting, budget and business plan
