Hansell Pasco is a partner with 25 years of expertise in financial advisory for high-stakes real estate and construction projects.  As an expert witness he has provided testimony in courts and arbitrations, and presented findings on financial damages in dispute resolution board hearings, evaluation hearings, and mediations.  In prior positions he has held advisory or principal roles managing the complexities of large-scale transactions and disputes. He joined Accuracy in 2024.

Hansell’s career spans significant construction cost analyses across diverse industries and geographies. His extensive portfolio encompasses financial modelling, risk mitigation, and financial forensics, alongside pivotal roles in litigation consulting and dispute resolution. He leads teams in validating intricate economic damages, authors expert reports, and serves as a trusted advisor on real estate, energy, and infrastructure projects.

As a former CFO, Hansell possesses a comprehensive understanding of the real estate development lifecycle, from site selection through construction to operational management, making him a formidable asset in high-risk arbitration contexts.
