Munyou is a director at Accuracy’s Beijing office. He has over 13 years of professional experience in valuations, financial modelling and financial advisory for disputes, M&A and financial reporting purposes.
Munyou has extensive experience in arbitration and litigation support, covering damages quantification, valuation and accounting matters arising in complex disputes, including post-M&A, shareholders, intellectual property, commercial and construction disputes. He has been appointed as an independent expert in several arbitration proceedings and has worked on matters under ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, BAC and SHAC rules, as well as litigations before the US Federal Court, the Cayman Islands Grand Court and the Malaysian High Court.
He also has significant experience in valuations for financial reporting purposes under IFRS, US GAAP and CAS. He has worked with various private equity / venture capital firms for post-investment portfolio valuations, and he has supported listed companies in their fair value reporting. In addition, Munyou has advised on numerous valuations and financial modelling cases for M&A purposes, in particular cross-border investments and greenfield projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
His project experience spans China, Southeast Asia and Europe. Industries covered include technology, media & telecommunications (TMT), infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, education, financial services and consumer goods.
Munyou holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. He speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa.
