About

Henri Philippe is a partner at Accuracy. He advises executives, shareholders, boards of directors and lawyers in situations where financial valuation is critical: transactions, disputes, arbitration, tax litigation, intellectual property and complex assets.

Henri acts as a financial expert in high-stakes contexts, combining financial analysis with strategic insight. His work includes business valuations, fairness opinions, economic damages, intangible assets, start-ups and cross-border situations. He divides his time between Paris and Montréal.

He has taught finance at HEC Paris for over twenty years. He has also taught at École des Ponts, Paris Dauphine and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He regularly publishes works on valuation, decision-making under uncertainty and the economics of sport.

He was co-chair of the SFEV (French Valuation Experts Association) and a member of the valuation committee of the SFAF (French Financial Analysts Association).

Henri speaks French and English.

He has extensive expertise in assessing the value of complex assets (start-ups, patents & technology, brands, joint ventures, derivative instruments, etc.) using relevant methodologies (real options, Monte Carlo simulations, decision tree analysis).

Henri is regularly appointed as an independent expert to deliver fairness opinions on public offers (squeeze outs, takeovers, mergers, etc.), particularly concerning French listed companies.
