Sébastien Gonnet is a partner at Accuracy. Since 2002, Sébastien has cumulated in-depth experience and expertise in applying economics and corporate finance in advisory and litigation contexts. His primary expertise covers economic and financial valuations mainly for transfer pricing, intellectual property or business restructuring purposes. His work has also covered valuations in the context of joint-venture structuring, negotiations with minority shareholders or commercial contract negotiations.

Sébastien has worked on behalf of large companies in various industries including energy, telecoms, transport, digital, retail, and luxury, across Europe, China and recently Africa. Sébastien has also supervised work for public bodies, notably technical assistance and capacity building programmes.

Sébastien has authored more than 30 publications on the economics of transfer pricing. He is regularly invited to speak at conferences in Europe, Asia and Africa, and is also regularly invited to give lectures at universities. He is listed in International Tax Review’s “World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisors” by Expert Guide.

He is the founder and President of TPED, a Paris-based association that aims to share economic knowledge (notably related to transfer pricing) with emerging and developing countries.

Prior to Accuracy, he was a vice president at NERA Economic Consulting.
