During Paris Arbitration Week 2026, Accuracy hosted a panel titled “Law, Facts & Figures: A 360° Approach to Pre-Arbitration Decision-Making”, bringing together legal practitioners, experts and industry representatives to discuss how early-stage analysis can shape dispute outcomes.
The session was led by Delphine Sztermer and Anthony Theau-Laurent, Partners at Accuracy, alongside guest speakers Diora Ziyaeva (Dentons), Chau Ee Lee (Chancery Law Corporation), Pascal Grosjean (Equans BeLux) and Geoff Nicholas (Burford Capital).
Discussions focused on the decisive role of the pre-dispute phase in both commercial and investment arbitration. Panellists explored how combining legal, financial and technical expertise from the outset enables parties to assess risks more effectively, define credible negotiation positions and anticipate potential outcomes before proceedings begin.
