On 4th November, our director Christoph ENGEL held an expert session at the 15th International Annual Business Valuation Conference of the EACVA – European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts in Vienna.
Christoph gave insights to the structuring and pricing of transactions in Venture Capital investments, and discussed effects of participating and non-participating preference shares, primary and secondary transactions as well as the dilutive effects of employee options on the value of VC investments.
