Gong Li is a principal at Accuracy. She joined the firm in 2018 and has over twenty years of professional experience. Based in Beijing, she specialises in market entry projects for European companies and supports Chinese enterprises on international projects. She also leads business development for Accuracy’s expert witness practice and regulatory consulting. She is highly experienced in international arbitration and collaboration with legal professionals.
Prior to Accuracy, Li worked at Alstom from 2006, holding management roles in Rail Transport Business Development and Corporate Public Affairs & Strategy in China and Europe. She began her career in cross-border cultural project management.
Li speaks Chinese, English and French.

Her sector expertise in engineering, energy, and rail transportation – gained during her tenure at Alstom – enables her to quickly grasp client needs and deliver tailored solutions leveraging the full spectrum of Accuracy’s services.
Arbitration & Regulatory
Since 2018, Li has been actively promoting Accuracy’s independent expert witness practice in China. Over the years, she has established strong relationships with leading domestic and international arbitration institutions, as well as top-tier international and Chinese law firms. She is committed to assembling dedicated teams and designing tailor-made proposals for each case. Since 2024, she has also been developing engagements related to the EU’s Foreign Subsidies Regulation in China.

Li has managed numerous market entry projects in China for European companies. She frequently supports Chinese outbound investment initiatives in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She has extensive experience of go-to-market strategies and risk assessment. In addition, she has worked with both European and Chinese corporations on acquisitions and disposals.
