Laure is a director in the Singapore office at Accuracy. She has over twelve years of professional experience and has been with the firm since 2014.
She assists corporates, private equity companies and investors across the world on various situations including transactions, disputes and crises.
At Accuracy, she has been involved in over 90 projects covering various areas of expertise, including domestic and cross-border transactions, complex carve-outs, and valuation and financial modelling. She is also regularly involved in expert witness assignments, in both commercial and construction disputes.
Laure holds a MSc in Management from HEC Paris (France). She joined the Paris office of Accuracy in 2014 and transferred to the Singapore office in 2018.

Transaction
Laure has assisted corporates and private equity firms in the context of acquisitions or disposals. This includes buy-side and sell-sell financial due diligence, carve-out assistance, business plan preparation, assessment of synergies, SPA support, etc.
Litigation and Arbitration
Laure has led numerous quantum expert assignments in the context of commercial and construction arbitrations. She has also carried out economic and financial analyses in the context of international tax litigation matters. Her experience includes damages and lost profit assessment, valuation of shares and assets, and quantum on construction disputes.
Valuation
Laure has a strong expertise in valuation of businesses and assets. She has led multiple engagements of share price valuation, fairness opinion and intangible asset valuation across the globe.
