About

Jérémie is a partner at Accuracy. He graduated from ESSEC Business School with a major in Corporate Finance and a diploma from the Media & Entertainment Chair. After graduating, he worked in the finance department at M6 before joining Accuracy in 2013, where he has primarily been involved in transaction services and corporate valuations.

He specialises in corporate finance engagements, having worked on (i) several large-scale transaction processes as a due diligence expert, (ii) strategic and financial transformation projects and (iii) complex valuation issues.

He notably has in-depth sector expertise in (i) Media & Entertainment, having advised numerous corporates across various sub-sectors (TV, SVoD, audiovisual content production and distribution), and (ii) Leisure, Hospitality and Sports, where he has worked with leading hospitality groups, including hotel operators and brand owners.

Jérémie is also a lecturer in valuation and corporate finance at ESSEC Business School.

In-depth expertise

Jérémie combines strong financial and strategic capabilities, regularly working on complex engagements such as business modelling, business plan development, synergy analysis and value creation assessments. He has in-depth expertise in Media & Entertainment and strong knowledge of the Leisure, Hospitality and Sports sectors.

Jérémie advises corporates and private equity firms on acquisitions and disposals. His experience includes buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, vendor assistance, carve-outs and business plan preparation.

He also brings a pragmatic, highly quantitative financial approach to strategic engagements.
