We are proud to announce that Accuracy Partner Christopher Beirise has been appointed as Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s International Construction Projects Committee (ICP) newly formed Expert Witness and Technical Evidence Subcommittee.

The ICP secured formal IBA approval for this new subcommittee to strengthen meaningful dialogue across the construction industry – bringing together legal, technical and commercial perspectives on one platform. This initiative reflects the growing importance of expert input in complex international construction projects and disputes and the value of collaboration between disciplines.

The formation of the Expert Witness and Technical Evidence Subcommittee reflects the increasing importance of rigorous, independent expert evidence in international construction projects.
