Our client, a global HR provider, sought to acquire a German company specialised in temporary recruitment for the healthcare and social services segment.
Our work highlighted the key risk areas surrounding the acquisition, and our synergy assessment allowed our client to understand how the acquired company could be integrated in its existing portfolio structure. Further, we identified potential profitability improvements and provided an overview of the target’s brand awareness.
