Our client, a PE fund, was considering acquiring a French market leader that provides tools and services to merchants to limit, monitor and handle operational risks associated with cheque acceptance.
Our key findings enabled the fund’s investment committee to make a critical go/no-go decision.
We conducted financial due diligence on the target (historical performance, historical balance sheet, budget) and critically reviewed the business plan. We also created a model to run sensitivity analyses on the BP and assisted our client in the valuation of the target.
