Monitoring IT activities has become essential as part of the digitalisation of companies. In this context, the allocation of IT costs by application makes it possible to assess the state of completion of projects, ensure that resources are in line with the objectives pursued, and benchmark costs and app efficiency in an ever-changing market.

We determined a target list of applications to be used as a frame of reference within the group. We then implemented a methodology and a model to enable the group’s IT team to determine the correct IT cost allocation by application.
