Accuracy Role

We assisted our client throughout the transaction by preparing a vendor assistance report containing selected financial information on the target. This report supported the preparation and negotiation of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), particularly with respect to its financial clauses. We also helped compile and structure financial data to facilitate efficient and well-informed SPA negotiations.
