Our client, a company specialising in SaaS for hospitals and nursing homes, has developed and installed over 60,000 licences thanks to a highly granular customer database, with sustained rapid growth. The company was facing major difficulties in tracking and monitoring its annualised recurring revenue (ARR) and required assistance in carrying out in-depth analyses in this area.
