Our client, a major player in European real estate, was selling a portfolio of shopping centres located in France, in line with its strategy to focus on fewer strategic assets for the group.

Key Takeaway

We provided our client with a reviewed and secured rent roll, which served as the basis for the calculation of the net operating income, itself used to determine the price of each asset. Our work helped facilitate negotiations by providing an independent view of each asset’s performance.

Accuracy Role

We supported the client throughout the selling process, from the vendor due diligence work, which included reviewing the financial clauses of all the lease agreements and determining a recurring net operating income, to the drafting of the share price formula and closing of the deal.
