Our client, a Quebec public entity, received claims for cost overruns and delays from the contractor on a PPP project. The public entity was seeking support in the form of an audit of (i) the changes made to the project and whether the process defined in the contract had been correctly applied and (ii) the strategy implemented by the controller/project manager to prevent any claims.
Our ability to summarise thousands of documents and eight years of history into an efficient 150-page report was instrumental.
