Our client, a French car park operator, was considering the acquisition of a Spanish competitor, with car parks in Spain and Andorra, in the context of its consolidation in the Spanish market.

Key Takeaway

We were able to provide our client with an overview of the target’s financial performance car park by car park. In addition, we flagged certain issues currently affecting the industry, such as the increase in EV charging points, the digitalisation of the business and the proper recovery of the hospital segment post-COVID.
