Accuracy supported LISI Group on the financial due diligence of its LISI MEDICAL division – comprising LISI MEDICAL REMMELE (Minneapolis, United States), LISI MEDICAL (headquartered in Neyron, France), LISI MEDICAL ORTHOPAEDICS (Caen, France) and  LISI MEDICAL FASTENERS (Neyron, France) – as part of its sale to SK Capital, a US private investment firm focused on the speciality materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors.
