Accuracy provided fairness opinion services in connection with Enel Green Power’s sale of a 49.9% stake in the EGPE Solar 2 portfolio to Masdar, a company based in Abu Dhabi. The transaction, valued at €184 million, further strengthened Masdar’s alliance with Endesa in the Spanish solar energy sector.
