Milan once again became the global capital of law and business during Legalcommunity Week 2025, and Accuracy was proud to participate as a Gold Partner.

We joined the conference “Steering through uncertainty: technology, trade wars and the evolving landscape of international arbitration & mediation” together with Camera Arbitrale di Milano and McDermott Will & Emery, contributing to two key panels:
– Eduard Saura spoke on “Arbitration in turbulent times – technology, tariffs and the pressures on global business”, addressing how global economic shifts are redefining damages frameworks.
– Nicolas Bourdon participated in “Mediation as a business lifeline – resolving disputes amid trade wars and uncertainty”, sharing valuable perspectives on how mediation can be a vital tool to manage disputes effectively and preserve business continuity.
