Accuracy has supported EyeCare Group in strengthening its presence in Belgium through the acquisition of three OPTIL optical stores in Brussels. With this transaction, the fast-growing optical and hearing care group increases its Belgian network to 19 locations.
The acquisition aligns with EyeCare Group’s strategy of sustainable growth and further consolidation of its Belgian platform. EyeCare Group is backed by EMK Capital since 2021, who has since then supported the acquisition of similar and complimentary chains to the Group.
