At the Milan office of LCA Studio Legale, Accuracy ran a new edition of @ccursharing, a workshop designed to offer a practical perspective on business valuation, tailored for legal professionals, who are increasingly involved in financial and technical matters, especially in M&A, disputes, and arbitration.

Our colleagues Davide Palazzo, Marco Sala, and Veronica Cristofori guided participants through the core valuation approaches and brought theory to life with real case studies, helping demystify key aspects of the process.
