Accuracy conducted the financial sell-side due diligence for Mon Véto, the leading independent group of veterinary clinics in France and the second largest player in the market, in the context of the sale of a minority stake to Ardian, a world-leading private investment house.

The €100 million capital increase will support and accelerate the group’s development in France and Europe.
