Accuracy conducted financial buy-side due diligence on French telecom operator SFR for Iliad, as part of a consortium with Bouygues Telecom and Orange.
With this acquisition – one of the most important industrial operations in Europe in the sector – Iliad would strengthen its European foothold and become the third largest telecom operator in the EU.
