Accuracy is pleased to have assisted Sodexo by performing the strategic and financial sell-side due diligence for the sale of its US-based Worldwide Home Care division to Halifax, an American investment firm.

The agreement covers home care activities located in the US, the UK, Ireland, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Brazil.
