Earth Alive has developed the world’s first bio-based and biodegradable dust suppressant, representing a breakthrough for more sustainable and environmentally friendly mining.

As part of a synergy-seeking strategy, Earth Alive was considering acquiring Interlube, a supplier based in Quebec specialising in biodegradable lubricants for industrial machinery and equipment. In this context, Accuracy assisted Earth Alive by preparing a light financial due diligence review (red flag report) and drafting the SPA.
