About
Louis is a director in Accuracy’s London office, advising clients across disputes and transactions. Louis started his career at PwC in 2012 and joined Accuracy in 2019. He is a member of the ICAEW and qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2015.
Louis has extensive experience in assessing damages in international and commercial arbitration. He has recently been appointed as damages expert in relation to an ongoing post-M&A dispute and is scheduled to provide oral testimony during 2026.
Louis also advises clients on transactions, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, completion accounts, SPA input and non-contentious valuation matters.
Louis has a broad range of sector experience, including metals and mining, energy, automotive, waste management, hospitality and software.
Louis speaks English and French.

In-depth expertise
Disputes:
Louis has worked on numerous international and commercial arbitrations across a wide range of sectors and jurisdictions, preparing complex damages models and drafting expert reports for both claimants and respondents under ICSID, ICC, UNCITRAL and SCA rules. He also has experience assessing losses in litigation proceedings before the UK courts.
Louis has been appointed as expert in an ongoing commercial arbitration in the technology sector and is scheduled to provide oral testimony in July 2026.

Louis has managed a wide range of due diligence engagements on both the buy side and the sell-side, across a range of industries (industrial, pharmaceutical, technology, utilities, maritime, etc.) and deal sizes.
He has also provided transaction support in other areas, including completion accounts reviews both pre-completion and in the context of post-transaction disputes.

Disputes
- Commercial arbitration, technology – appointed as damages expert in an ongoing post-M&A arbitration relating to the acquisition of a restaurant technology business. Scheduled to testify in July 2026.
- International arbitration, mining: assessed the FMV of allegedly expropriated South American gold mining project under income, market and cost-based damages frameworks. Based on Accuracy’s evidence, damages were awarded in full to the Claimant.
- International arbitration, energy: valued two waste-to-energy concessions in an ICSID arbitration between a multinational provider of energy management solutions and an EU state.
- International arbitration, waste management: drafted two ICSID expert reports responding to quantum claims made against an African state in relation to alleged breaches of a contract for waste management services.
- Commercial arbitration, hospitality: quantified lost management fees suffered by a hotel operator following an alleged breach of the Management Agreement by the hotel owner.
- Commercial arbitration, automotive: assessed the lost royalties suffered by a luxury car dealership following the unilateral termination of an agreement for the development and production of a new range of supercars by a manufacturer.
- Commercial arbitration, chemicals: performed a completion accounts review and provided expert advice in a subsequent dispute relating to a joint venture in the chemicals industry.

- Sell-side due diligence for a technology consulting business in relation to the sale of its PE-owned shares.
