Over her career, Helen has managed numerous engagements from large, listed and complex businesses through to UK domestic mid-market firms, spanning all major industry sectors, with the objective of preserving and maximising value for the benefit of creditors.

She has in-depth knowledge of the UK Insolvency regulations, which she applies with a commercial focus to maximise value for creditors and ensure a smooth and efficient process.

- Led the insolvency delivery team on complex groups of administrations from appointment to closure.
- Worked on the administrations of well-known companies, covering engagement strategy and leading the insolvency delivery team.
- Worked on a variety of special administration appointments, primarily in the finance sector.
