Our client, a private equity fund specialised in the food and agriculture sector, wanted to monitor the performance of its portfolio. Given the varying financial reporting structures within the portfolio companies, our client’s existing insights were confined to individual entity financial results, lacking regular and consistent updates of the companies.
Our work gave our client a more profound understanding of the performance of its portfolio, while also providing the portfolio companies themselves with deeper insights to monitor their monthly results.
We implemented a proprietary financial due diligence platform, developed internally, to be used by the private equity fund and its portfolio companies.
