Although the UK still has a way to go to catch up with more established wine-producing regions, the UK wine industry’s growth is undeniable. The number of UK vineyards is now in excess of 1,000, and vineyard hectarage surged by over 150% between 2018 and 2023. With English wine on the up, both domestic and international investors are increasingly seeing it as an attractive investment opportunity.
