Accuracy supported Enel in the valuation of a geothermal and solar portfolio of approximately 150 MW in the United States. We prepared a fairness opinion on the price offered by ORMAT Technologies Inc. to acquire the portfolio held by Enel Green Power North America Inc., for total consideration of USD 271 million.
