Every sports club is a micro-republic.
This was one of the key messages shared by Frédéric Duponchel, Founding president at Précision, during the Rencontres Économiques d’Aix-en-Provence, where he took part in a panel discussion on sport as a driver of social inclusion.
At this annual flagship forum, which brings together business leaders, policymakers, public officials, and experts to discuss today’s major economic and societal challenges, Frédéric highlighted the role of sports clubs as true environments for collective learning, where essential qualities such as respect, commitment, teamwork, and resilience are developed.
These human qualities have never been more valuable. As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the workplace, they are becoming increasingly powerful differentiators, alongside critical thinking, the ability to persuade, and the capacity to explain ideas and bring others along.
At Accuracy, the qualities fostered through sport have long played an important role in the way we identify talent and build our teams.
They also underpin our conviction that sport is a powerful driver of social inclusion—a belief reflected in our long-standing commitment alongside organizations such as Sport dans la Ville et French Volley Federation.
