Gabriel is a director at Accuracy. Gabriel combines strong technical, commercial and strategic capabilities, regularly advising on complex infrastructure and construction matters involving delay analysis, quantum assessment and project performance improvement. He is frequently engaged on large-scale projects to assess productivity losses, prolongation costs, operational cost structures and change impacts, as well as to support decision-making on high-risk commercial and contractual issues.

He also acts as an independent expert in disputes and claims, including construction delay claims, productivity loss assessments, prolongation costs and quantum analyses, in addition to independent reviews prepared in anticipation of litigation or arbitration. His experience includes post-contract disputes on major infrastructure, transportation, energy, mining and public-sector projects.

His sector experience spans transportation infrastructure, energy (including renewables), mining, public buildings, large civil works and complex construction programmes, with project values ranging from the tens of millions of dollars to the multi-billions in Canada and the United States.
