Charles Wheeler is a director at Accuracy in London, having previously worked in Transaction Services at KPMG for nine years in London, Buenos Aires and Madrid before joining Accuracy in 2023.
He specialises in assisting clients on acquisitions and divestments, in particular providing financial due diligence, business plan modelling, SPA advice and other transaction advisory support. He has extensive experience with private equity funds in the UK and Spain on numerous complex engagements across a variety of sectors, including industrials, healthcare, distribution and consumer.

Transactions
Charles has considerable experience providing transaction support to clients. This includes financial due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side), vendor assistance, business plan modelling, and SPA advisory services, as well as preparation of locked box memos and completion accounts. He has worked on numerous cross-border transactions and appreciates the importance of addressing – and resolving – the key value and risk items involved in a particular transaction.
