Bas Dantuma is a partner at Accuracy with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory services. He specialises in supporting both corporate and private equity clients on acquisitions, disposals and complex transformation situations.
Known for his rigorous analytical approach and concise reporting, Bas combines technical expertise with a pragmatic and collaborative working style. He remains closely engaged with all stakeholders throughout the transaction process, ensuring clarity and momentum in high-stakes environments.
Prior to joining Accuracy in 2017, Bas gained broad experience working for the French subsidiary of a Dutch multinational, as well as within the financial services and private equity transaction teams of a Big Four firm in Amsterdam. He has also worked extensively on international engagements, including projects in Paris and London.

Bas acts as primary financial adviser for corporates and private equity firms, in both transaction and restructuring situations. He regularly conducts buy-side financial due diligence, sell-side due diligence, independent business reviews, carve-outs, business plan preparation and synergy assessments.

As result of his extensive experience, Bas is able to quickly assess a company’s finance function and the quality of its financial data. With this knowledge, he is able to advise companies in high-stakes situations, improve their financial management information, assess exit-readiness or support with post-transaction steps to create value.
