Alberto Fernández is a partner at Accuracy and has accumulated over 18 years of professional experience. Prior to Accuracy, he worked as an auditor for more than three years in a Big Four firm.
Over the years, Alberto has gained extensive expertise in the areas of transactions, litigation and arbitration, and transfer pricing analysis. Alberto combines strong financial and accounting capabilities with deep expertise in valuation and tax-related matters.
He acts regularly as an independent economic expert in the quantification of damages in international arbitrations (both investor-state and commercial) and litigation before local courts. He is recognised as a Global Elite Thought Leader by Lexology.
Alberto also advises companies and multinational groups on economic and tax matters, with a particular focus on issues related to transfer pricing.
He has extensive experience in several sectors such as energy, real estate, infrastructure, telecom, retail and distribution, among others.
