Our client, a leading Italian provider of advanced survival equipment and systems for mission-critical air and ground vehicles, decided to revalue its brand, pursuant to certain Italian regulations.
We assessed the business in detail and identified all revenues generated by the company through the use of the brand. The valuation also required the identification of the most appropriate royalty rate to be used for valuation purposes.
We were engaged to determine the value of the brand and to prepare a formal appraisal that would be presented to tax lawyers and auditors as a basis for the brand revaluation.
