Strategy

Context

Our client, the developer of a wearable rehabilitation device using neuromuscular stimulation with early revenue generation in the EU, approached us to (i) support their North American go-to-market strategy and (ii) refine their business model.

Key Takeaway

The client established a presence in North America and cemented strategic partnerships in both Canada and the US.

Accuracy Role

We assisted our client by (i) assessing the North American rehabilitation market to create a tailored go-to-market strategy that would facilitate a seamless expansion from the EU; (ii) identifying regulatory paths, as well as reimbursement and pricing considerations; (iii) developing a three-year financial model outlining revenue streams across multiple business lines and target geographies, while integrating R&D, clinical and commercialisation roadmaps; and (iv) refining the business plan and updating the pitch deck accordingly.
