We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Rayfield as a Partner in its UK office, further reinforcing the firm’s growth in this strategic area.
Tom brings nearly 20 years of experience supporting corporates, lenders and investors in complex and distressed situations. He has advised on significant and often high-profile mandates, delivering a full range of restructuring services – from capital structuring and options analysis to formal restructuring and insolvency processes. His experience covers a breadth of sectors including financial services, oil and gas, retail, manufacturing and automotive.
He joins Accuracy’s UK restructuring practice, to work alongside Partners James Cook and Mark Patterson as the firm continues to expand its senior restructuring team in the UK.
