We are proud to announce that Elie Mouannes, senior manager at Accuracy, has won the Expert Witness category at the Delos Dispute Resolution ROAP Construction (EMEA) 2025/2026 cross-examination competition.
In this particularly demanding exercise, participants are placed in high-pressure, real-life hearing conditions where they are challenged on both technical expertise and their ability to think clearly under scrutiny.
During the final, Elie demonstrated both precision and composure alongside leading practitioners and experts. He was selected as the winner by a distinguished panel composed of Douglas Jones AO, Kim Franklin KC and Thomas H. Webster.
