REAIX 2026 – Philippe Wüst, Partner, Accuracy

In a world of uncertainty, organisations must define their own AI strategy.

At the Rencontres Économiques d’Aix-en-Provence, the annual gathering of business leaders, policymakers, economists and experts to discuss the major challenges facing our societies, Philippe Wüst, Partner at Accuracy, was struck by the diversity of approaches presented by the executives and experts taking part in the various AI-focused panels.

While the pursuit of productivity gains was a common objective, the paths chosen were at times radically different, particularly when it came to balancing performance, sovereignty and technological dependence.

A second observation emerged from the discussions: the expected benefits of artificial intelligence do not stem from the technology alone. More often than not, they require organisations to rethink their processes, ways of working and, in some cases, their entire operating model.

In this video, Philippe Wüst reflects on the key messages that stood out to him and the strategic choices organisations are now facing in an environment shaped by uncertainty and evolving reference points.
