Our client, a major European banking group, sought support for its EBA stress test exercise. Although the client had internal expert teams for each sub-stream, they required external consulting expertise with a global perspective to help optimise the overall process. The engagement encompassed both project organisation and global PMO activities, as well as the consolidation of contributions into structured written presentations.
The engagement enabled us to (i) establish robust governance and preparation for the stress test exercise, (ii) ensure effective consolidation and quality control of all contributions and (iii) manage reporting and interactions with the ECB through to the completion of the exercise.
