Our client, a global listed firm active in health, nutrition and materials, needed support in preparing carve-out financials for the contemplated sale of parts of its business, comprising two separate manufacturing plants in the Americas.
Through our work, we delivered a consolidated financial view of the carved-out business, as well as standalone views of the individual plants.
This enabled the transaction scope to be defined, while also enabling the management team to better understand the financial performance of the assets within scope, thus helping to maximise deal value.
