The project encountered delays across a number of competing sequences including (i) the development of detailed design, (ii) access to work areas, (iii) the construction of facilities and (iv) the availability of specialised equipment. By leveraging our data optimisation capabilities, we were able to quickly and robustly review the extensive contemporaneous evidence to analyse candidate critical path sequences and bring clarity for the client in relation to this complex project.
