Charlotte Pinelli is a partner at Accuracy and specialises in transaction advisory services. Before joining the company in 2015, she gained initial experience in business development at Devialet in Paris and Singapore.
Based in Paris, she primarily works with international corporations and investors. With more than ten years of professional experience, she has developed strong expertise in real estate, along with extensive experience assisting international corporations – including publicly listed companies – with capital market operations such as acquisitions, IPOs, takeover bids and carve-outs.
Charlotte holds a master’s degree in management from ESSEC Business School (2015) with a specialisation in Corporate Finance.
Charlotte speaks French, English and basic Spanish.

Throughout her career at Accuracy, Charlotte has worked on a wide range of transaction engagements including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, IPO processes, financial modelling, business plan assessment and synergy quantification. She has also supported management and boards of directors in taking critical strategic and financial decisions.
In recent years, she has worked particularly with listed groups operating in various sectors and with major players in the real estate sector.
