Arnaud provides financial advisory services to corporations and private equity firms in the context of acquisitions and disposals. He regularly conducts buy-side financial due diligence, sell-side due diligence and vendor’s assistance, carve-outs and BP preparation engagements.

Arnaud assists industrial groups in understanding their performance by setting up / reviewing cost accounting methods and standard cost computations, standard-to-actual variance analyses, etc.

  • Assisted a French multinational company in the context of the merger of its industrial software activities with a listed British IT consulting company, notably including financial due diligence work, historical financial reporting and assistance during negotiations
  • Assisted a leading glass manufacturer and distributor in connection with its financial restructuring and its sale to an investment fund
  • Assisted a French public sector financial institution on its acquisition of the French postal service company
  • Assisted a France-based multinational luxury goods company on the disposal of its non-core retail assets
  • Several cross-border financial due diligence engagements for a French security & defence multinational group in the field of e-security
  • Numerous due diligence engagements on assets owned by private equity firms

  • Assisted a multinational food and drink processing conglomerate in the carve-out and the sale of one of its pet-food factories in France
